Buurtbemiddeling
Een goede buur is beter dan een verre vriend.
Hebt u problemen met uw buren en lukt het niet om samen tot een oplossing te komen? Buurtbemiddeling kan u helpen!
Buurtbemiddeling is een door de gemeente, woningstichting, politie en maatschappelijk werk opgezet project. Met behulp van vrijwilligers bemiddelt zij in problemen tussen buren. Het kan gaan over geluidsoverlast, hondenpoep, overhangend groen, stank, maar ook over pesterijen.
Tijdens een bemiddelingsgesprek zitten u en uw buren op vrijwillige basis met elkaar om de tafel. Het gesprek wordt geleid door twee, daarvoor opgeleide, onafhankelijke bemiddelaars. Zij helpen u feiten en gevoelens in verband met uw probleem boven water te krijgen om daarna samen met u te zoeken naar oplossingen. Zodat u na afloop weer met elkaar door één deur kunt.
